Pietro Di Domenicantonio’s Construction Company 

Born in 1981 in Pescorocchiano in the province of Rieti on the initiative of Mr. Pietro DI Domenicantonio operating in the construction sector and mainly in the field of plastering for interiors and exteriors with small renovations.

Over the years the company has extended in the sector of public and private works, in the industrial and civil construction field, in the restructuring of archaeological goods subjected to the supervision of the Superintendency of Cultural Heritage, in the realization and maintenance of roads, aqueducts, works for worship and cemetery construction.

The company is structured, organized and characterized by high entrepreneurial professionalism.

Being articulated and flexible, it is able to respond punctually to the many problems In its own staff, the company has, as technical directors, an engineer, an architect, and a surveyor. The works are followed in all phases by the supervision of the founder who uses the training and interchangeability of his employees. He may, at any time, rely on a network of accredited partner consultants.and emergency situations peculiar.

Peculiarity of the company is the constant research activity in order to identify effective design solutions in terms of quality, functionality, eco-sustainability, costs and execution times, able to satisfy the expectations of the most demanding customers.

In a nutshell, it is able to offer a full service for all pre and post construction activities, from design to delivery with particular reference to:

• restructuring of churches and other buildings subject to protection;
• civil, commercial, residential and industrial constructions;
• road, aqueducts and sewer constructions and maintenance with related plumbing work as well as lawn mowing and pruning;
• snow clearing and deicing service;

The company owns a fleet of machines and vehicles made up of truck loaders, excavators, mini excavators, various transport vehicles and scaffolding equipment. The staff is highly qualified and specialized. The use of standardized and proven procedures for the management of the fleet means the optimization of the work and the reduction of costs with consequent advantages for the clients.
